Davra maintains a list of sub-processors that help us deliver our services to our customers. These subprocessors have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and under our strict instructions. This list is maintained and reviewed regularly, and our customers are informed of any new or changed sub-processors via email or other trusted communication channels as outlined in our MSA. As we are a global company, we may share your data outside your home country. We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information when we do these types of transfers, such as data transfer agreements that incorporate standard data protection clauses. For EU data (and for other countries at request), the data is stored within the region/country in which the processing takes place.
We retain Personal Data for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, our records retention policies and within the Master Service Agreement (MSA) agreed upon with our customers unless a longer retention period is required by law. Insofar as there is a legal obligation to retain data, the data will be stored for the duration of the legally required retention period.
Protecting your personal information is important to us. We use a variety of security measures and technologies to help protect your personal information and we are ISO 27001 certified. The Davra website is hosted on an Amazon Web Services (AWS) server which is located within the EU.
We have a robust AAA layer built on the platform which all communication must go through and we offer granular role-based access control which enables fine-tuned access for users to adjust the resources and data relevant to them.
