Model your operation, connect your equipment, and build live views on your own data in as little as 15 minutes. That is the Davra Starter Kit, the self-serve tier of Davra's industrial AIoT platform, sized for evaluations and pilots, and it is on AWS Marketplace now. This post covers what it does, what sits inside the tier, and what does not.
Executive Summary
- The fastest way to see the Davra platform working against your own devices and your own data. The self-serve tier, bought on AWS Marketplace at $250 a month, month to month.
- An AI-assisted wizard proposes a working model of your operation: the digital twins that describe your assets, the devices that feed them, and the metrics they report. First value in under 15 minutes.
- Glora, Davra's agentic AI, sits on every page. It proposes, and you approve before anything happens.
- You get a Rich Application: a custom-branded application generated for you on the live data in your kit, in your name and your colours.
- It runs on the same platform that powers industrial operations around the world. Same data model, same dashboard designer, same API.
Too many platform evaluations end with unanswered questions. Will this work on our equipment? With our asset types, our data, the names our own team uses? And what would it actually look like once it did?
Davra's Starter Kit lets you answer those questions for yourself, quickly. See the platform working against your own devices, and your own data, and in your own brand.
It is your own Organisation on the platform for $250 a month, bought on AWS Marketplace, so it draws down on an AWS commitment you already have rather than opening a new line of spend.
Model your operation in it, connect your equipment, and find out for yourself.

Setup is an AI-assisted wizard, and it starts by asking you about your operation rather than showing you an empty console.
From your answers it proposes the model: the twin types that describe your classes of asset, the digital twins that are the real things, the devices that feed them, and the metrics they report. You review the model and edit it or replace it with your own, then point it at your equipment. Every item can be edited, deleted or regenerated, and you can skip the assistant entirely if you already know your model.
No devices yet? No problem. Let the wizard generate the devices, twins, and data based on your use case, and swap in the real ones once they are ready.
Fifteen minutes in, you are looking at a populated Organisation with a live dashboard on top of it. Your assets, your language, your data.
Any MQTT-capable device or gateway connects to the Davra MQTT broker or the HTTPS endpoint with no Davra agent to install, and each one gets its own named, revocable credential rather than a shared secret. Copy-paste connection examples sit on the device page itself, so the first reading arrives in minutes rather than after a week of integration work.
Then comes the part most entry tiers leave out. Model your devices as digital twins and your data binds to the pump, the line or the meter rather than to the sensor that produced the reading. What you build on top reads as an operational picture instead of a chart. Rename an asset type and it updates everywhere, without breaking a single relationship.

Describe the view you want and get a live one back. Charts, tables, KPI tiles, geographic maps with route and replay views, and 3D scenes bound to your live readings, none of it assembled by hand.
Then change it in conversation until it is right. Add a gauge. Restyle it. Put the worst performers at the top. Every applied change is saved as a version with the prompt that produced it, so you can step back through the thinking as easily as the result.

Glora, Davra's agentic AI, sits on every page. Ask it about your data, ask it to create a device, or ask it where to find something. It answers from your own Organisation rather than from the internet, and it knows which page you are looking at.
Ask it for a change and it proposes, then waits. Nothing happens until you approve.
That gate is the whole point. Glora works inside your own permissions on every call, so it can never do more than you could do by hand, and it can never raise a cap. It is the same governance model the platform runs at production scale, and it is the honest answer to the question your security reviewer is going to ask about letting AI anywhere near a live system.

Most evaluations end with a dashboard and an unanswered question: what would this actually look like for us?
The Rich Application answers it. You describe what you need, and we generate a custom-branded application on the live data already in your kit, in your name, your colours and the language your team already uses. It is built from templates and patterns refined over years of industrial deployments, and it carries your brand, your domain language and your data, with a Davra mark in it. One per Organisation.
So what you open in front of your stakeholders, your budget holders or your own customers is a working application on your own live data, not a platform demo in ours. It can also show capabilities from beyond the tier on your own data, including anomaly detection and AI predictions, so the room sees what the full platform would do on your operation before anyone commits to it.
The scope is contained on purpose. This is not a production rollout and we do not pretend otherwise, which is exactly why it arrives as a working thing rather than turning into a project.
The full envelope:
| What you get | Per Organisation |
|---|---|
| Devices | 50 |
| Digital twins | 50, across 15 twin types |
| Metrics | 30 |
| Projects | 4 |
| Dashboards | Unlimited, subject to fair use |
| Live artifacts | 5 |
| Rich Application | 1 |
| Data allowance | 1,000,000 datapoints a month, reset monthly |

Please note, alerting, rules, and notifications are not included in the Starter Kit. If you need alerting, this is not the tier. For a full comparison against our production tiers, visit our Pricing page.
Underneath is the same platform powering industrial operations around the world. The kit runs on the same data model, the same dashboard designer and the same API as the production environment, with ten Organisation tokens against that API and eighteen in-product documentation articles behind a help button on every page. Sign-in runs on the same identity layer too. When you're ready to move to a production tenant, you scale the envelope, not the work.
Davra is certified to SOC 2 Type 2 covering Security, Availability and Confidentiality, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015. Each Starter Kit is its own Organisation on the platform, so your data, devices, twins and artifacts are visible only to that Organisation, with no cross-organisation sharing. Davra has seven consecutive Gartner Magic Quadrant appearances, and holds 4.9 out of 5 stars on Gartner Peer Insights.
